Disgruntled motorists blame interim government
The ramping up of traffic enforcement and high fines are causing residents to hurry for licence renewals. However, there is problem in issuing the renewals. In one case, a Provo small business owner presented his vehicle insurance certificate and licence fee and was given a receipt.
