Haitian president attacked a second time

PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti Haitian president Michel Martelly escaped injury after being attacked in a Carnival procession recently. According to a statement issued on the incident, troublemakers were responsible for the attack which occurred near Champs de Mars plaza. Eye witness
