Troy John, the 17-year-old boy who allegedly had sex with a 12-year-old relative, on Christmas Eve day last year, has been charged with rape. John appeared on Monday at the Charity Magistrate Court before Magistrate Leron Daly. Bail was subsequently refused and he is scheduled to make his
